Goodman’s Fields is a premier development by Berkeley. The development comprises over 1000 apartments, with a selection of high quality studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments. The tower rises up to 22 storeys in a structured podium block. This project consists of three phases, containing an extensive retail and commercial space with the inclusion of a 250-bedroom hotel, a 4-screen cinema and a Primary Care Trust. Goodman’s Fields is developed in a traffic free, public realm containing dramatic new sculptures and additional pieces of art.
The seven-acre, mixed-use development is located north of Tower Bridge and to the south east of Aldgate. The masterplan creates a high-density, inner-city neighbourhood incorporating a robust renewable energy strategy, intensive and extensive green roofs with over 0.8 hectares of public space.
