The historic walled garden to the Grade I country house at Kingston Maurward contained several small and deteriorating greenhouses. This project was to design two new glasshouses, providing 100 square metres of horticultural space for the teaching of students. A smashing demolition allowed the sites to be cleared for foundations, one are requiring 50m run of retaining walls to lower the new glasshouse below the vision line across the Georgian brick garden walls. A specialist supplier erected the aluminium structures and the College completed the fitting out.
