The East Midlands CMB project was a the Cat B fit-out of a new office space for a regional HSBC Team. The original building dates from 2002 but had been recently upgraded with a Cat A refurbishment by the Landlord
The building is multi-occupancy with the Bank taking up a lease for around half of Level 2 with space for 64 workstations, some Collaboration Areas and a Client Facing Meetings Suite.
The project objective was part of a wider initiative to consolidate the East Midlands Region property portfolio and bring together a number of departments from across the region into a single site with a view to providing a better customer experience, and improved efficiency.
The scheme design embraced the Bank’s developed vision for a flexible workplace environment.
