Anthology Hale Works represents the final phase of the Hale Village Masterplan. The project comprises a mixed-use development ranging from 11 to 33 storeys comprising commercial space at ground floor, 279 residential units including affordable housing above, together with a roof garden and associated landscaping. A basement links the building with the wider development and includes the provision of basement car parking, bicycle spaces, associated plant and internal refuse storage.

The various tenures of private and shared ownership provide a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom dwellings, all with their own private amenity space in the form of a balcony, terrace or internal belvedere. The shared private terrace at eleventh floor to the east of the building provides communal landscaped gardens and a play area for residents.

Hale Village is an award winning urban village situated in the centre of Tottenham Hale. It is minutes from the tube and national rail links, and very close to the Lee Valley’s waterways and Regional Park. At 33 storeys the bright white tower of this final phase is intended as a local landmark and will serve as a beacon for the wider regeneration of the area.
