Steve joined A&Q Partnership in 2016. Coming from an Architectural design-led background, Steve brings experience in the development and implementation of architectural interiors and conceptual spaces across multiple sectors including; commercial, retail, hospitality, workplace and residential.   His projects have ranged in scale from large blue-chip commercial & retail developments to high-end houses and boutiques.

Jim joined A&Q Partnership in 2003. He has worked on several large-scale mixed use residential schemes in addition to an extensive broader international experience. Jim has an excellent and in depth knowledge of construction and specification writing and has successfully delivered several highly-pressured projects that have required effective solutions to complex design issues.

Warren joined A&Q Partnership in 2011. Warren has worked as Project Architect on a number of mixed use residential schemes, including large scale regeneration sites. He piloted the first BIM project in the office, ideal for complex residential and mixed use schemes on difficult sites. He has a keen interest in design, energy efficiency, BIM and new construction technologies.

Ash joined A&Q in 2010 in the Dorchester office. Since then he has run several commercial projects for a national client, undertaken multi-million pound specialist education facilities and high-end heritage conservation. More recently he has dealt with a variety of new housing schemes with developers and local land owners.

Mark joined A&Q Partnership in 2017 bringing a well-rounded set of technical skills to the office and became an Associate in 2021. By providing BIM mentoring and support alongside an in-depth knowledge of construction detailing, he has been able to successfully deliver a number of large-scale residential schemes. He has also been involved in a broad range of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial and education – both locally and abroad.

Raf joined A&Q Partnership in 2006, initially based in the London office working on several retail, workplace and critical facility projects, before moving to Hong Kong to establish A&Q’s Asia Pacific operations. Since returning to the UK he has focused on the Workplace Sector and developing 3D and BIM workflows leveraging software technology to streamline design development and productivity.

Kellie joined A&Q Partnership in 1993. As Practice Manager she is responsible for the overall management of the offices, together with the accounts. She also deals with staff in relation to human resources, office administration and personal development, including organising training and professional development when necessary.
