Our Residential teams are leaders in the field of ‘Big Build’ residential, multi-use scheme development and delivery, and regeneration projects throughout London and the South. With BIM integration as our standard workflow for large-scale projects we advocate ‘Open BIM’ and prescribe to the standards of the ‘UK BIM Framework’. Our team of Architects, technicians and technologists produce fully detailed drawing packages to all RIBA Stages and 3d BIM environments to enable developers and building managersto seamlessly integrate third party works. We are fully conversant in the changing regulatory environment and up to date with current governing standards relating to fire and the BSR.

At A&Q we work on projects of every size and scale. To complement our major projects, we also have a portfolio of smaller scale developments, including new-build, conservation and heritage projects, and schemes in areas of historical or local importance, for country estates, private clients and institutions.
