Prior to joining A&Q Partnership in 2019, Gau worked for several award winning practices in the UK and has also spent time based in Malaysia working on a wide variety of projects across South East Asia.
A thorough understanding of BIM workflows has allowed Gau to help establish several BIM standards and systems within A&Q Partnership to help streamline the efficiencies inherent within the large scale projects undertaken by the practice.
