Our Residential teams are leaders in the field of ‘Big Build’ residential, multi-use scheme development and delivery, and regeneration projects throughout London and the South. With BIM integration as our standard workflow for large-scale projects we advocate ‘Open BIM’ and prescribe to the standards of the ‘UK BIM Framework’.

Our team of Architects, technicians and technologists produce fully detailed drawing packages to all RIBA Stages and 3d BIM environments to enable developers and building managers
to seamlessly integrate third party works. We are fully conversant in the changing regulatory environment and up to date with current governing standards relating to fire and the BSR.

Keith Cowell

His knowledge and experience in all types of residential development has resulted in major award winning commissions, particularly in the urban environment, including delivering the salvage, restoration and conversion of historic buildings and delivering expertise in Planning as well as Modular Offsite design. Keith has stepped back from the role of Director but continues to provide input to the Practice as Consultant.

Tony has stepped back from the role of Director but continues to provide input to the Practice as Consultant and lead to the Workplace Team.

Mike Power

Nick Lawrence

Nick first joined A&Q Partnership in 1998, becoming a Director in 2015 after a period of running his own practice. Nick has worked on a broad range of projects of various scales under a number of different contract types. He has experience working on both contemporary and Listed Buildings and more recently in delivering major mixed use redevelopments of urban sites. Nick also leads the Practice’s BIM strategy.

Kirsten has led a variety of retail and commercial projects for clients with national property requirements, including Banking, Building Societies, Pubs and Retail Outlets. She has strong working relationships with both clients and contractors and has developed expertise in the design and management of highly pressured retail schemes.
