Jon Doxey

Jon joined A&Q Partnership in 1993 and became a Director in 2001. With a background in commercial office and industrial sectors, he has more recently established a strong reputation in residential led mixed-use and regeneration projects. Jon has a particular interest in optimisation and production stages and has developed a solid track record in implementing practical and economic design solutions without compromise to architectural integrity.

After twenty years as a Director, Jon has stepped back to pursue other interests, but continues to provide key input to the Practice as a Consultant.

Nick Lawrence

Nick first joined A&Q Partnership in 1998, becoming a Director in 2015 after a period of running his own practice. Nick has worked on a broad range of projects of various scales under a number of different contract types. He has experience working on both contemporary and Listed Buildings and more recently in delivering major mixed use redevelopments of urban sites. Nick also leads the Practice’s BIM strategy.

Kirsten Chapman

Kirsten joined A&Q Partnership in 2006, going on to run the Dorchester office and became a Director in 2015. Kirsten has led a variety of retail and commercial projects for clients with national property requirements, including Banking, Building Societies, Pubs and Retail Outlets. She has strong working relationships with both clients and contractors and has developed expertise in the design and management of highly pressured retail schemes.

Phil Sloan

Phil joined A&Q Partnership in 2001, becoming a Director in 2015. He has combined leading local residential projects and private individual houses, with larger, more complex urban schemes. He is currently spearheading multiple phases of the major regeneration of a former local authority estate in West London as well as other significant residential schemes in London and the Home Counties.

David Peever

David has been a Director of A&Q Partnership since 1995, with a track record that has included heading up Framework contracts for national roll-out programmes in the financial services and retail sectors, office developments and fit-out projects, as well as commercial banking projects in the UK and Asia. David has led work on our separate Joint Venture, Four Architecture and Design, providing a wider resource and geographical coverage for clients. After twenty-five years as a Director, David has stepped back to pursue other interests, but continues to provide key input to the Practice as a Consultant.

Keith Cowell
