Steve graduated from Central Saint Martins (University of the Arts London) and immediately began working as a freelance Designer for several major design agencies. Following this he took up a full time position with Richard Parr Associates, working on large commercial retail developments and high-end domestic housing projects. Steve has been involved in the Retail Banking sector since joining A&Q Partnership in 2016, and was promoted to Associate level in 2021.
