Jon joined A&Q Partnership in 1993 and became a Director in 2001.
Jon graduated from The University of Bath in 1989. With over thirty years experience in
private practice, his background lies in the commercial office and industrial sectors.
More recently, Jon has established a strong reputation in the residential led mixed-use
and regeneration projects.
His expertise lies in the optimisation and production stages on challenging urban sites.
Drawing upon a comprehensive understanding of existing and emerging legislation, he
has developed a solid track record in implementing practical and economic design
solutions without compromise to architectural integrity.
The growth of the practice has enabled Jon to concentrate on developer and contractor
relationships where he has successfully delivered an array of projects incorporating
private and social residential apartments and houses.
Projects have included included Albion Wharf, a mixed-use waterfront scheme in
Ipswich, and Trinity Street, a residential development within a conservation area in
Southwark. The more recently completed Open Market site and New England Quarter
have presented the opportunity of working on two major regeneration projects in
Brighton.
