Nick first joined A&Q Partnership in 1998 whilst studying Engineering at Bristol
University. He studied Architecture at London Metropolitan University and qualified as
an Architect in 2008. In 2010 he left the practice to travel and returned to form his
own company in Bristol whilst retaining a close working association with A&Q, which
he rejoined in 2015 as a Director.
Nick has worked on a broad range of projects of various scales under a number of
different contract types. He has experience working on both contemporary and listed
Buildings, among others at the award-winning Royal Arsenal in Woolwich, London.
More recent projects include Phase 2 of the Kidbrooke Estate redevelopment, one of
Europe’s tallest green walls at Digby Road, a large mixed use scheme at Goodman’s
Fields and a thirty three storey tower in Tottenham Hale.
Nick also has experience in competition, winning the AMO Open Architecture
Challenge in 2009, and was shortlisted for the Atlantic College competition organised
by the RIBA in 2006. He has exhibited work at the RIBA in Portland Place and Islington
Library.
