Kirsten joined A&Q Partnership in 2006, ran the Dorchester office as an Associate from
2011 and became a Director in 2015.
Having studied Construction and the Built Environment at the Somerset College of Art
and Design, she developed a keen interest in interior design and space planning.
Before joining the practice, Kirsten worked for two architectural practices specialising
in residential projects and gained valuable experience working on private homes,
larger housing developments, as well as key projects in the education sector.
Since working for A&Q Kirsten has led a variety of retail and commercial projects
including HSBC, Lloyds, Wetherspoons, Laura Ashley, Yorkshire Building Society &
Nationwide.
Kirsten has built strong working relationships with both clients and contractors and
has developed expertise in the design and management of highly pressured retail
schemes.
