Ali graduated from the University of Westminster in 1994 studying Architectural Engineering and went on to become a qualified Chartered Architectural Technologist.
Before joining A&Q Partnership in 2017 Ali worked on a number of high profile projects such as Phase 1 of St. George Wharf, Terminal 5 Heathrow Airport, Terminal 2 Dublin Airport and the fit-out of Wembley National Stadium for relocating the Football Association to the national stadium before setting up his own practice in 2004 which specialised in high-end residential architecture and interiors.
At A&Q Partnership Ali has worked as Project Architect and Team Leader on Hampstead Manor, the former site of Westfield College and more recently Kings College Hampstead Campus on Kidderpore Avenue, which involved the construction of 7 new buildings with conversions and restorations to 5 of the existing buildings which are Listed (Grade II).
Ali’s 22 years of experience in the residential and commercial sectors strengthens the wealth of knowledge with creative and practical solutions of the practice.
