Claudia has worked at A&Q since 2018. With over 20 years experience in the Architectural industry, Claudia has worked on residential, retail, hospitality and commercial workplace design. For some years, Claudia had a management role in a large property development company, acquiring a range of skills on strategic planning, commissioning design teams under challenging deadlines and budgets. Claudia has also carried out in-depth studies of the post-Covid workplace scenario in order to deliver fit-for-purpose designs that encourage user engagement, productivity and talent retention.
