Phil joined A&Q Partnership in 2001 after completing his studies at the University of Dundee and qualified as an Architect in 2003.
Following a sustained period of work on the regeneration of the award winning Royal Arsenal, Woolwich, Phil has since combined leading local residential projects and private individual houses, with larger, more complex developments in London and the South East. Amongst other schemes he is currently working with Countryside Properties on Acton Gardens, forming part of the regeneration of the South Acton Estate in West London.
Having been involved since 2009, Phil still leads the residential team at Ryewood Meadows, a strategic development of up to 500 new homes and apartments in Sevenoaks for Berkeley Homes (Eastern Counties), with A&Q currently working through the remaining 4 phases.
With a keen interest in the social implications of architecture, Phil has undertaken access audits for a variety of clients and implemented practical solutions to overcome physical obstacles in the built environment. Phil continues to expand his expertise in inclusive design and has worked on a number of initiatives with Universities and Commercial clients.
