Kirsten studied Construction and the Built Environment at the Somerset College of Art and Design, where she developed a keen interest in interior design and space planning.
Before joining A&Q, Kirsten worked for two architectural practices specialising in residential projects and gained valuable experience working on private homes, larger housing developments as well as key projects in the education sector.
Kirsten joined A&Q Partnership in 2006 and was promoted to the role of Director in October 2015, having run the Dorchester office as an Associate since 2011.
Since working for A&Q Kirsten has led a variety of retail and commercial projects including HSBC, Lloyds, Wetherspoon, Laura Ashley, Yorkshire Building Society & Nationwide.
Kirsten has built strong working relationships with both clients and contractors and has developed expertise in the design and management of highly pressured retail schemes.
