Carlton House is a Grade II Listed Building within the Regent Street Conservation Area, situated in the heart of Regent Street, West London. The building accommodates 37,000 square metres within a basement, ground and seven upper storeys. The established planning uses are B1 offices and a small retail unit at the ground floor for use as either A1 or A2.
The brief required the interior to be stripped out during a separate enabling contract in anticipation of an extensive refurbishment to the entire building.
BW Interiors appointed A&Q Partnership as the design co-ordinator onsite, overseeing the co-ordination and organisation of the sub-contractors design packages.
