The primary project objective was to provide an appropriate working environment for a newly acquired business entity. Through continued discussions with the end users, we were able to deliver an office space tailored to fully accommodate their needs.

The building, located in the heart of Glasgow’s central business district, is a nine-storey purpose built office in multiple occupancy, with a total net area of approximately 16,330 square metres (174,800 square feet). The new team moving into the east wing of the first floor was approximately 140 strong with the requirement for additional flexible workstations. The proposed layout seeks to optimise the use of the space within the context of the brief.
